Do I need an appointment?

We are currently only accepting reservations, so please be sure to make a reservation.

How do I make a reservation?

Is it possible to change the plan after making a reservation?

This is possible depending on the reservation status on that day, but we may decline your request depending on the situation.
If you wish to make any changes, please contact us in advance.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellation fee is 50% if canceled the day before and 100% if canceled on the same day.
The same fee applies even if you change your reservation date, so please contact us as soon as possible if you change your reservation date.

Is it possible to take pictures while pregnant?

Oiran's costumes are heavy and very tight.
We kindly ask that you refrain from doing so, as it will place a heavy burden on your body.

Can men also be photographed?

Reservations are possible for all plans.

Is it possible to photograph children?

We currently do not have costumes for children, so you can only make reservations for the bring-your-own plan.

Can I bring in costumes and props?

Each person may bring in up to 2 props.

What should I do if I have applied for a reservation but have not received a reply?

If you do not receive confirmation of your reservation within 3 days, please call us directly.

How many days in advance should I make a reservation?

Basically, we ask that you make a reservation at least 2 days in advance.
Reservations for the day before may be accepted upon consultation.

About payment

Can I use credit card or QR code payment?

The payment methods currently available are as follows.

About hair, makeup, and costumes

Is it possible to have Japanese hair with short hair?

Since the arrangement is done using the customer's natural hair, it may not be possible if it is not long enough.
As a guideline, it is possible as long as the length is such that you can tie a small knot.

Do you have larger size kimonos?

At our store, we have ready-made kimonos in sizes M to L.
Some adjustments can be made, but if the size doesn't fit you, you can bring your own costume, so please let us know in advance.

Is it okay to wear extensions?

It is possible, but if you want a Japanese-style hairstyle, the extensions may be visible, so if you are concerned, it would be better to have them removed so you can get a more beautiful set.

Is it okay to wear eyelash extensions?

False eyelashes can be attached separately from real eyelashes, so there is no problem.

Is it okay if I have sensitive skin?

At our store, we use foundation for stage and photo shoots for base makeup.
There are individual differences, but if you are concerned, you can bring your own cosmetics and use them.

Do you have what you need to bring?

Underwear (undergarments, etc.) are available here, but changing clothes will be smoother if female customers come wearing a camisole and male customers come wearing an inner T-shirt with a wide open collar.

Regarding the mermaid plan, female customers can easily change into their clothes if they come to the store wearing a swimsuit or bra in an inconspicuous color.

Do I need makeup tools?

We provide makeup remover, basic cosmetics, towels, hair dryer, hair iron, hair iron, hair band, and hair brush, so please bring only the makeup tools you need when you leave.

Can you do my hair and makeup after the shoot?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make any corrections after the photo is taken by yourself.

What kind of clothes and makeup should I wear?

You can wear your usual clothes and wear makeup or no makeup.
It will be easier to change into your clothes if you come wearing a cardigan or hoodie that opens in the front.

Is there a space for my companion to wait?

There is a space outside the photo booth where you can wait.

How long does it take?

Estimated times are listed on each plan page, but it may take some time to choose costumes and photos.
I would appreciate it if you could come with plenty of time to spare.
If you have any plans after the shoot, please let us know in advance.

About the photo

Can I take pictures with my friends?

It is available in various plans.
If the plan does not allow multiple people to be photographed, please check the photo plan introduction page for details.

Can I take photos of each person in the girls' night out plan or couples plan?

This is possible as long as the number of shots per plan is within the selected number.

Can I take pictures with my own camera?

We do not allow you to take pictures with your own camera or those of your companions in the studio.
It is possible to take selfies or off-shots with a smartphone.

What kind of photography accessories do you have?

The studio has folding fans, Japanese umbrellas, smoking pipes, swords, fox masks, windmills, etc.

Is it possible to tour during filming?

Yes. It is possible.

When can I get the photo?

The selected number of photos will be retouched and sent to you within one week.
If you wish, we can also send you unretouched photos on the same day.

If you purchase all the data as an option, we will send it to you within 3 days.

Is it possible to request detailed photo corrections?

It is possible to request some modifications after the photo shoot.

Is it possible to use the shooting data commercially?

It is possible depending on the purpose of use. Please contact us in advance.

However, use for age-restricted content is prohibited.

How long will the shooting data remain?
